My Story

My name is Breese McGown, I'm a social worker in the Toledo, Ohio area. When I had my first baby, I was overwhelmed with information overload trying to find guidance for sleep. I just wanted the best for my baby and to be the best mother I could. I am not exaggerating when I say that sleep training changed my life. My baby was happier and getting better sleep made me feel like ME again. 

I became a sleep consultant because I want to help other parents regain the magic of parenthood. I want to save them from drowning in information and help guide them to better sleep. Parenthood is already hard enough, you don't have to do it all on your own!

Every baby is different, and every family is different. There is no "one size fits all" approach to better sleep. Whether you have a quick question needing answered or want 1 on 1 support throughout your journey, we can build a plan that works for you.

"Before I had spoken with Breese, my 11 month old son had spent his entire life struggling to get to sleep and stay asleep without me nursing him or rocking him. On top of that, we were only getting 45 minute naps at a time and waking maaany times throughout the night. Since speaking with Breese about our sleeping habits and what i could do to change things around, out sleeping habits improved so much within a couple days time! While we are still working on multiple overnight wakings, he is taking two solid naps daily and sleeping overnight in his bed much longer than before.
